Down 2.2 This Week
I was down 2.2 this week, which took me (barely) into a new decade. I was 169.8.
I'll update the snake soon.
I'm really upping my exercise this week, focusing on a blend of cardio and toning (I started pilates classes at the gym -- I had been doing the DVDs, which was good, but I like the classes better). I'm also thinking of going to a class called Hard Core Abs. I think maybe someone should talk me out of this...
