Lemon Dijon Chicken

4 skinless chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon salt -- optional
Preheat oven to 375ยบ F. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. In a small saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, and salt. Pour over chicken. Bake chicken for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through. Spoon sauce from pan over chicken.
